Responsibilities :- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Update customer interaction records and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Excellent written communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in live chat software and CRM tools.
