Put your talent to work with us – change the world, love your job! About the Job: Texas Instruments is looking for a skilled Process Integration Technician to join our team supporting DMOS6. This technician will be an invaluable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with Process Integration engineering, Parametric Test engineering, QRA, and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. Additionally, you will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material (parametric test dispositions, TLC dispositions). Responsibilities include: Work in close collaboration with the DMOS6 Process Integration team to review parametric data, provide parametric dispositions, and TLC related dispositions. Support DMOS6 Process Integration team in tracking and reporting out status of key engineering / experimental (SWR) lots and support contacting MFG/PE teams to support movement of key engineering lots. Support DMOS6 Process Integration team with WER (wafer entry requests) as well as WRR (wafer removal requests) and to ship wafers to different locations within TI for further analysis (…such as PFA (Physical Failure Analysis) or DCL (ATD characterization lab)). Support DMOS6 Process Integration with SMS device / routing setups. This will require strong SMS knowledge. Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturing Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the line Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Instruments Incorporated
