Jersey Mike's Subs is coming to Tiffin, OH Fall 2026 and we are Now Hiring!We’re seeking energetic, dedicated, and hardworking Managers (Assistant and General Managers) who are ready to lead, make an impact, and contribute to our positive and growing culture. Why You Should Join Us: Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year Monthly Bonus Potential 45-hour work week 50-100 hours of PTO annually 6 paid holidays with time-and-a-half pay Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance available to full-time employees 401k match available to full-time employees Family-friendly work environment Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store/operation, including: Store Sales Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction Profit Margin Create employee schedules Place inventory orders Responsible for staffing Lead employee training Lead by example Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager What We’re Looking For: Knowledge of Labor and Food Cost management is required. Exceptional guest service skills. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
