Anatol Equipment Manufacturing Company located in Waukegan, IL has an opening for a top-producing sales professional with a proven track record. Anatol is a rapidly growing manufacturer of cutting-edge textile screen printing equipment.

Requirements

• Top producer with documentable track record of 2-4 years' sales success.
• Capital equipment experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
• Inside/outside sales and strong phone experience is a major plus.
• The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, be goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality with the ability to quickly and comfortably build rapport with customers and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 2-4 years of successful sales experience
• Experience selling big-ticket and/or capital equipment is preferable
• Astute at closing new business and managing existing accounts
• Strong consultative sales background
• Proven track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone skills and active listening skills
• High energy and results-driven
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and grow business in a multi-state territory
• Utilize proven sales tactics and business savvy techniques to overcome gatekeeper objections
• Identify prospects by utilizing creative lead generation techniques
• Ability to uncover business needs, influence others and position the appropriate product for their business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Generate organic growth from existing accounts
• Develop and support a dealer network within the territory
• Organize and staff key trade shows in the assigned territory
• The individual is required to work from our office in Waukegan, IL Monday through Friday
• Up to 25% travel required

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission (uncapped)
• Realistic first year on-target earnings (base salary + commission) of $100,000+
