What You'll Do Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and self-generated leads. Conduct video roof inspections, including safely climbing onto roofs. Educate homeowners on roofing and restoration solutions. Build trust through honest communication and exceptional customer service. Follow up with prospects and close sales. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with your team. What We're Looking For Proven success in outside sales or a goal-driven environment. Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, hunter mentality. Coachable, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement. Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs. Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with basic computer software. High ethical standards and a customer-first mindset.
