University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Your contributions will make a meaningful difference every day. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping duties. Ensure the safety and comfort of clients in their home environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Southfield, MI. Basic knowledge of health and safety standards. Benefits Competitive hourly wage between $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month. Flexible scheduling options. Supportive and friendly work environment.
