IT Logistics Specialist

Summary The IT Logistics Specialist supports logistics technology delivery for Hermès Americas, working closely with the Dayton Service Center and NYC headquarters. The role monitors and supports the Manhattan Active WMS, troubleshoots system configuration and data integration issues with MHE (Kardex), and provides daily hardware support at the Dayton Service Center. The specialist collaborates with business teams on new store setup, maintains data integrity, and participates in weekly issue reviews. Responsibilities Monitor and support Active WMS, oversee system configurations, and develop process flows and rules. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues between MHE (Kardex) and Active; support integration development and testing. Provide daily hardware support for PCs, RF devices, printers, weight scales; report and elevate shortages. Maintain new store setup and data integrity; document system resolutions for future reference. Conduct weekly meetings with business partners to review open issues and resolutions. Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT or a warehouse environment, including hands-on internship experience. BA or equivalent in a related field preferred. Service-oriented mindset with strong ownership, responsibility, and business relationship management skills. Ability to troubleshoot systems and hardware, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
