Job Details Job Title: Manager, SG&A Procurement Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite weekly; local candidates only) Employment Type: Contract (9 Months; potential extension) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week Hourly Pay Range: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour Job Summary Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for an urgent contract opportunity with a leading pharmaceutical organization. This role will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Facilities, and Commercial teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives Manage RFPs, supplier evaluations, vendor selection, and contract negotiations Negotiate contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and pricing agreements Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and risk mitigation initiatives Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives Support supplier management, procurement operations, and spend analysis Maintain strong vendor relationships and contract compliance Requirements 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry experience required Experience managing multi-million-dollar contracts and supplier negotiations Strong background in category management, RFPs, and vendor management Experience with indirect spend categories (IT, professional services, marketing, facilities, etc.) Proficiency with Excel, Oracle, NetSuite, SharePoint, and DocuSign Bachelor's degree required Must be local to Boston and able to work onsite 2-3 days per week Benefits Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
