IT Support Specialist

Job Description This role supports a growing organization by ensuring day-to-day IT operations run smoothly across end users and devices. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for handling technical issues, preparing equipment, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where success is defined by responsiveness, accuracy, and adherence to established processes. You will operate within defined guidelines, escalating more complex infrastructure, security, or policy matters when appropriate.
