Spa Consultant
Location: Antelope, California, 95843
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Spa Consultant to join our team in Antelope, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized recommendations to clients seeking spa services and products.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate spa treatments and products.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current spa trends, products, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with retail product sales and inventory management.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure excellent client experiences.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in spa consulting, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and beauty industries.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient with appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in spa or wellness fields a plus.
