We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing e-commerce, retail, and distribution operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders across multiple platforms, including:
- EDI processing
- Customer portals
- Manual order entry from emailed orders
- Generate shipping labels for small parcel and LTL shipments
- Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors, providing professional and knowledgeable assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product information.
- Maintain accurate order records and customer information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role required.
- Experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or distribution operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Experience with EDI processing and customer portals is a plus.
