Job SummaryFood Runners/Waiter Assistants play a vital role in delivering exceptional service for our members and their guests. This position supports the service team by ensuring timely, accurate delivery of food, maintaining dining room cleanliness and organization, and upholding the high standards of service expected at CCB.Pay Rate: $15.00/hrSchedule: Fri .& Sat. Evenings; Sun. Morning 10AM-2PMDuties and Responsibilities:Food Service SupportPromptly and accurately deliver food from kitchen to dining areasVerify plate presentation, order accuracy, and temperature before deliveryCommunicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff regarding orders and special requestsAssist with clearing plates, resetting tables, and maintaining smooth service flow.Dining Room & Service StandardsHelp maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and back of house areasRefill water, bread, butter, and other table items as neededAssist servers with guests needs to ensure seamless and attentive dining experienceFollow all club service standards, etiquette, and proceduresMember & Guest ExperienceInteract with members and guests in a courteous, professional, and discreet manner,Respond promptly to member requestsUphold CCB’s culture of hospitality, confidentiality, and personalized service.Operational & Safety ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all food safety, sanitation and health regulationsAssist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assignedSupport special events, banquets, and private functions as neededReports toFood & Beverage Manager and SupervisorQualifications/Expectations:Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferredStrong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and able to lift up to 50lbsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
