Global SAP Lead

Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
• We need 15+ years of SAP development experience across multiple platforms, including BTP, ABAP, Web Dynpro, and Fiori.
• We require hands-on expertise with User Exits, ABAP Enhancements, reports and transaction objects, scripts, BAPIs, web services, IDocs, BTEs, BRF+, and internal and external integration technologies.
• We need project and program management experience delivering SAP implementations of varying scale across multiple modules.
• We require the ability to interpret business needs, document them clearly, and convert them into solution requirements.
• We need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience optimizing SAP solutions and implementations.
• We require the ability to assess the financial impact of architecture choices and solution alternatives.
• We need the ability to evaluate multiple solution paths across a wide range of business challenges.
• We require strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
• We need experience working in a global organization across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• We require excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a global organization.

• We lead strategic and tactical SAP application and integration initiatives.
• We define development standards and direct solution design efforts with functional and business partners.
• We guide a team of developers across BTP, ABAP, Web Dynpro, and Fiori.
• We provide technical leadership for application integrations arising from mergers and acquisitions.
• We own technical development for S/4HANA solutions, including quality reviews, code inspections, and adherence to industry-standard practices.
• We monitor SAP technology and market trends to assess their impact on our ERP strategy.
• We recommend modern technologies that improve application and business performance.
• We supervise developers and integration specialists, providing direction and leadership.
• We maintain thorough project and solution documentation.
• We apply deep development expertise to support change management and technology adoption.
• We build a strong understanding of our IT platforms and applications and how they connect to SAP S/4.
• We analyze complex cross-functional business requirements.
• We review our ERP environment to identify issues and opportunities and propose improvements.
• We work with M&A project teams to recommend approaches for integrating acquired applications.
• We collaborate closely with our functional IT leads to enhance the ERP solution and its system integrations.
