Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• At least one year of recent clinical experience as an RRT
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and patient-assessment skills

• Deliver respiratory therapy modalities, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, ventilator management, and airway suctioning
• Assess, monitor, and document patient progress
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare associates to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments
• Maintain equipment according to infection control and safety standards
