Risk Analyst

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks within the organization Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential risks Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures Conduct investigations and root cause analysis of incidents and accidents Develop and maintain risk management plans and reports Stay informed of industry regulations and best practices related to risk management Provide training and education to staff on risk management practices Communicate with insurance providers and manage claims process Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and minimize risks Assist in developing emergency preparedness plans and protocols Qualifications Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a healthcare setting Knowledge of risk assessment and management techniques Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
