Benefits Analsyst Position Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Data & Benefits Analyst to support short-term operational and benefits-related initiatives. This role focuses on data accuracy, system integration, and benefits validation , ensuring employee coverage remains intact during system updates and data clean-up efforts. Key Responsibilities

Evelyn Johnson
- Perform data scrubbing, cleansing, and validation across multiple systems
- Analyze data to identify discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies
- Support system integration activities and validate data accuracy post-integration
- Reconcile employee benefits data to ensure no loss of coverage
- Partner with internal teams to resolve data and benefits-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of updates and corrections
- Experience with data analytics, data validation, or HR/benefits systems
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel and data management tools
- Experience working with multiple systems and data integrations preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and meet tight deadlines
