Job Title: Revenue Operations Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, FL

How You Will Make an Impact

Tool & Platform Management

• Optimizeand support business-critical platforms including Salesforce,Sales Engagement,Highspot,AdvizorPro,servicePathCPQ,Consensus

• Manage system configurations, user groups, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient usage

• Triage and own requests, vet requirements, conduct business analysis with stakeholders, and execute

• Document for and train internal users as needed

Analytics & Insights

• Contribute to dashboards and data gathering processes to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Provideactionable insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and operational improvements

• Monitor adoption, usage trends, and effectiveness of tools and processes

Operational Excellence & Maintenance

• Consistently provide updates and prioritize critical items as part of the team

• Identifyand implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce friction across teams

• Maintain documentation and ensure consistent communication of updates and enhancements

• Balance project-based initiatives with ongoing operational support and system ownership

• Manage multiple priorities across tool optimization, user enablement, and transformation efforts

Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally withMarketing, Sales,SDR,Operations, & Client Experienceteams

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and drive adoption

Required Experience

• Experience managing or supporting platforms such asSalesforce,sales automation platforms, marketing automation, sales collateral tools

• Strong analytical skills, including experience building andmaintainingdashboards and reporting and analyzing data with Excel

• Ability to train and support users across systems and tools

• Demonstratestrong communicationand stakeholder management skills

• Capacity to switch between project-based and operational modes of workwhen clear deadlines arise
