Operations Manager

Pathmark Transportation is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in the Fast-Pace warehouse team environment Ensure acceptable levels of performance in the assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and managing cost controls Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rates accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for the assigned unit Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote lean principles, and implement process improvement Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment, meeting or exceeding corporate safety goals Effectively communicate goals, expectations, important areas, and success metrics to associates Coach, train, and mentor associates, providing opportunities for growth and development Conduct annual performance reviews Assist the wide range of clients with their needs and demands Have 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change Demonstrate strong skills in collaboration, communication, and motivation to accomplish group goals Show success in problem‑solving and decision‑making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities Ability to manage a fast‑pace environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals Strong organization and multi‑tasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross‑trained Qualifications 2 years of supervisor experience – required Bi‑lingual – preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, web‑based, and TMS applications – required Supply chain/logistics experience – required Benefits Benefits package including medical, dental, vision Annual bonus eligibility 401(K) match Vacation and holiday pay Career development and opportunity for internal promotions Schedule Sunday to Thursday 8 to 10 hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Pathmark Transportation
