Soc/Clin Research Assistant

Provide day-to-day program/project administration and associated business functions; manage scheduling for programs and events; working closely with undergraduate and graduate Research Assistants; serve as primary point of contact for programs/initiatives; coordinate Interviewers' scheduling; maintain up-to-date records related to programs/initiatives; liaise with community partners, stakeholders, and study participants; identify recruitment sites; communicate with stakeholders and program participants; monitor subject compensation; provide weekly project updates; collecting data for program assessment; implementing quality improvement measures; and participate in team meetings as needed. Contribute to the completion of study start-up activities and project planning, including development of materials and coordination of activities. Assist with the development of standard operating procedures to promote quality assurance and standardized best practices. Create source documentation, checklists, and/or other resources to aid with compliant data collection. Independently provide consultation about project related matters with study sponsors, regulatory authorities, administrative units, and UNC-CH offices. Escalate issues to appropriate personnel. Able to be in-person three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements - Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
