Schedule appointments and estimate costs. Verify insurance, conduct inspections, and collect payment. Determine vehicle issues and repair timelines. Communicate customer concerns and accurate repair descriptions to technicians. Qualifications Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
