We are hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGM IT) – this accelerated development program is designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager position. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing their leadership skills, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and wants to grow with a company that's expanding nationwide.

In this role, you'll work closely with an experienced Certified Trainer to:

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, from opening and closing routines to quality, safety, and maintaining a smooth site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills that will help you maintain your facility and meet customer's quality expectations.
• This accelerated development program equips you to step into the Assistant General Manager role — your launchpad toward ultimately leading your own location as a General Manager.

You are a great fit for the Assistant General Manager in Training position if you:

• Bring proven leadership experience —at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment.
• Understand high-volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Take initiative and lead by example, modeling our values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability on your team.
• Excel at coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, building confidence, and helping team members grow into new responsibilities.
• Stay organized and focused, even in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and constant activity.
