Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a customer service skilled and a collaborative team player. Experienced in supporting the management of day-to-day onsite operations, including leasing, market trends, social media, collections, coordinating maintenance services, and assisting with community purchasing and orders. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. with a weekday off to accommodate the Saturday schedule. Bilingual in Spanish and strong in leasing skills, a plus.

This position is responsible for assisting the property manager in the overall operations of the
community, development of the team, and maintaining community compliance with all
policies, procedures, and internal quality control standards. Through dynamic leadership you
will be tasked with creating extraordinary experiences for customers and team members.

• Assist in management of all day-to-day operations on-site

• Perform leasing, service coordination, administrative, bookkeeping and collection
  duties, as necessary
• Respond in emergency situations, as needed
• Stay abreast of industry trends
• Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

• Graduation from The Southern Difference Institute or equivalent combination of
  education and property management experience
• Three years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate
