HR Benefits & Onboarding Specialist

Weisiger Group

Weisiger Group is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Benefits Administration in Charlotte, NC. The role supports benefits, onboarding and employee inquiries within a family-owned enterprise. You will manage health/welfare programs, 401K, HIPAA compliance and partner with the HRIS team to drive enrollment accuracy and reporting.
