About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a high-volume, 22-OR surgical suite performing procedures across multiple service lines including Ortho, Spine, Neuro, Robotics, Plastics, General, and GYN
• Support typical procedures such as appendectomies, cholecystectomies, spinal fusions, total joints, craniotomies, mastectomies, and DIEP flaps
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical cases
• Operate and assist with advanced equipment including robotic, cardiac, vascular, neuro, spine, oncology, orthopedic, plastics, urology, and GYN systems
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and case management
• Fulfill on-call obligations as scheduled, including weekend shift availability

• Active CST Certification is required - candidates without certification will not be considered
• Minimum 3 years of surgical technologist experience
• Minimum 1 year of travel assignment experience
• Neuro and/or Spine experience is required
• Ability to meet call requirements: expected 4-5 call shifts and 4-5 late shifts per 6-week period

• Experience across multiple service lines, including Ortho, Neuro, General, and Robotics
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
