Job Role and Responsibilities

• Implement Effective Therapeutic Sessions: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work intimately with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Offer guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic methods to ensure sustained progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical improvements and modify treatment approaches as needed to ensure patients remain on the path to recovery.

Educational Background

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continued education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported

Required Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
