Job Title: Property Manager Employment Type : Full-time
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Timberview Apartments (180 units) 15150 Gifford Ln, Oregon City, OR 97045
Reports to: Portfolio Manager
Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly pay rate range of $33.50-$33.50
- Leasing commission opportunities
- Renewal commission opportunities
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.00
- 30% rent discount available at Timberview; subject to availability

Administrative:
- Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
- Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of individual and your teams’ payroll and commissions
- Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports, as required
- Consult with legal counsel and attend court hearings as needed
- Attend training and development seminars
Operational & Financial:
- Advertise and promote the property
- Utilize industry specific software for lead management
- Provide tours to prospective and current residents
- Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
- Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
- Review rental rates and concessions with Portfolio Manager
