Paralegal Sr

• Assist s internal and external counsel in managing litigation matters, including discovery, case management, and trial preparation.

• Assist s in responding to subpoenas, demand letters , and other legal requests from regulatory agencies .

• Conduct s complex legal research , drafts high stakes findings, and summarize s findings related to employment law and litigation.

• Prepar es and review s legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, position statements, and internal policies based on changes in the law and regulations .

• Maintain s and organize s case files, legal databases, and document repositories.

• Coordinates with HR, Compliance, Security and other departments on employment-relations and legal issues, including investigations, compliance, and training.

• Manage s deadlines and ensure s timely filings and responses.

• Assist s with risk assessments related to employment practices and litigation exposure.

• Analyzes legal documents to provide relevant information .

• Associate?s degree or certificate from ABA-approved paralegal school.
• Bachelor?s degree (or higher) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate office or law firm environment.
• Must have experience focused on litigation and employment law.
• Previous corporate healthcare experience, preferred.

• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management systems. Must have knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software programs
• Keen discretion and professionalism in maintaining confidential information
• Management of competing priorities independently.
• Knowledge of e-discovery platforms and legal software, preferred.
