Real Estate Paralegal Law Firm

Our client, a global real estate firm, is seeking a Paralegal to support their team in Nashville, Tennessee. This position is responsible for drafting new and renewal domestic and international Member agreements and coordinating comments and revisions; working with trademark attorneys and responding to inquiries and requests for information as it relates to the Legal Department. * Perform legal and factual research

Identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, codes and other pertinent material

Draft legal documents including agreements, contracts, default letters and legal memoranda

Help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations and motions

Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy

Build and maintain databases and files

Review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations

Maintain law library

* Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or certificate program in paralegal studies

Thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices

Thorough knowledge of legal research techniques

Thorough knowledge of legal terminology

Thorough knowledge of legal communication principles and practices

In depth knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations

Relevant computer knowledge and experience
