Lewis What You’ll Do Travel to clients’ locations across Concord, and Kannapolis Deliver direct therapy based on treatment plans created by a licensed SLP Conduct speech-language screenings as needed Guide families with personalized home programs Communicate progress to parents and caregivers Maintain timely and accurate documentation (session notes, progress reports, etc.) Stay in close contact with your supervising SLP about each client’s needs and progress What You’ll Need A degree from an accredited Speech Pathology program (if you have BS/BA in CSD need to have 100 hours completed) At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred) Experience in early childhood settings (preferred) Willingness to work some after‑school hours (after 3 PM) Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills A warm, engaging personality with genuine love for children Ability to follow through and work independently in dynamic environments Valid NC driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean background check What We’ll Offer Competitive pay: $25‑$29 per session with rate increase potential after 9 months (30/45 minute sessions) Flexible scheduling that fits your life Supportive mentorship from experienced professionals Reimbursement for NC registration and online CEUs 401K + matching after 6 months (32 visits/week minimum) Base + accrual PTO Opportunities to assist with non‑direct therapy tasks when needed Access to therapy materials and regular team support Why Choose Optimum Speech Language Services?
