Pan-Amazon MarTech/AdTech Architect, AWS Professional Services, Pan-Amazon Strategy and Growth

AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high visibility role is paving a new path for how ProServe helps enterprise customers leverage Amazon's depth in Digital Commerce, Advertising, and MarTech to drive measurable business outcomes. You will translate Amazon's proven commerce and advertising capabilities into solutions that ProServe teams globally can bring to customers across all industries and geographies. You will work alongside domain experts in Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Agentic AI as part of a team building offerings that connect customers to more than just AWS, but to the breadth of Amazon's business units. You will work collaboratively across Strategy and Business Development, ProServe delivery teams, and partners to shape pursuits where commerce, advertising, or data-driven marketing expertise creates customer value. This requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads through influence, and can operate across diverse international landscapes. This is a unique opportunity to define how Amazon's commerce and advertising heritage becomes a repeatable, scalable offering for enterprise customers at the most senior levels of engagement.Key job responsibilities- Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right experts and sequencing engagement from qualification to close.- Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations — making ProServe delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those teamsSupport deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.- Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to buildEngage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.- Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes. A day in the lifeNo two days look the same. You might start by working with a ProServe team in APAC to shape how Amazon's advertising capabilities apply to a retail customer's challenge. By midday you're packaging a commerce solution for a new industry vertical. Afternoons could involve preparing a milestone review for senior leadership or connecting with a partner to confirm delivery capacity. You operate across time zones, business units, and industries, making Amazon's commerce and advertising heritage tangible and deployable for customers everywhere.About the teamThis team is small, high trust, and operates with startup intensity inside Amazon’s scale. You will work across every geography and industry, partnered with domain experts who have built production-proven solutions connecting Amazon business units to enterprise customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
