This role drives excellence through capability and technology development, deployment, and collaboration across Jabil sites, customers, and suppliers.Location: On-site at any U.S. Jabil manufacturing facilityTravel: Up to 75% across U.S. sites based on business needs, projects, etc.Type: Full-time, In person/On siteWhat will you do?Strategic Leadership:Implement and communicate regional engineering strategies aligned with global goals. Standardize processes and drive performance through key metrics.Team Development & Recruitment:Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent. Build succession plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Technology & Capability Advancement:Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies.
