We are a family law firm seeking an on-site (possible hybrid) Family Law Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings
• Preparing discovery
• Filing documents with the court
• Preparing trial exhibits
• Calendaring meetings and appointments
• Other duties as assigned
• Scheduling Mediations and court hearings in various surrounding counties
• Billing

​Compensation:

$20.00 to $30.00 or more depending on experience

​ Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years of family law experience in Texas; 5+ years of experience is most preferred.
• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor and positive communicator
• Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding MS Office and or Google Suite applications

I have been profiled by San Antonio Woman for my personal commitment to guiding people through legal challenges. I have also given motivational speeches to various audiences, including students at St. Mary's University.
