Family Law ParalegalI am working directly with the owner of a reputable family law firm in San Antonio that focuses on complex divorce matters, particularly asset division and property characterization. The firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal with 5+ years of family law experience to support its practice.This Family Law Paralegal role is ideal for someone comfortable handling substantive casework, managing deadlines, and supporting attorneys in high-asset divorce matters.Key Responsibilities:The Family Law Paralegal will support attorneys in divorce and family law matters involving asset division and financial issues.Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, discovery, and financial disclosures; maintaining and tracking billable time; managing case files and court deadlines; assisting with trial and mediation preparation; and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.Qualifications:Ideal Family Law Paralegal candidates will have at least 5+ years of family law paralegal experienceStrong familiarity with Texas family law procedures and experience in billing time.Board Certification as a Family Law Paralegal is a plus.Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.Compensation & Benefits:This Family Law Paralegal opportunity offers a salary range of $55,000–$80,000, depending on experience.Highly qualified paralegals with compensation expectations above $80,000 will be considered.Benefits include employee-paid healthcare, firm closure on federal holidays, paid sick time, and PTO.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
