Operations SpecialistThis role facilitates the logo creation process from sales to customization. From designing/creating to digitizing and ordering necessary artwork, this position is the liaison to complete those tasks.Requirements for success:CustomizationAdding or updating logos to relevant sites like: Gearcor admin, P21, and Google DriveProperly maintain raw material inventory for customizationHeat press logos, thread, needles, backing, etc. Review and streamline customization processesOrder entry via the ticketing systemHow logos are uploaded and saved Maintain customization database to ensure accurate importsLogo files/names, logo drive, admin notesOversee special projects for customization Streamline processes, update the ticketing systemEmbroideryResponsible for the digitization of all embroidery logosAttain and maintain proficiency with DG16 Pulse digitization softwareLeveraging self-learning modules and Pulse online trainingHeat PressOrder customized heat press transfers from external vendor(s)Establish and maintain a process for inventorying all heat press transfersMaintain and accurately update third-party online library for all heat press transfers, using proper naming schemes, etc.Ideal candidate qualities include:Adobe IllustratorPhotoshop experienceOther applicable graphic design softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCreative with attention to detailPatience with a consistent flow of questionsTime managementMust be organizedWhy it's great to build your career with us!We are a tight-knit group, and we understand the needs of our teammates.
