This person will be expected to understand and follow procedures as provided, have attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately key customer orders, sales, marketing and engineering orders into ERP system as assignedAccurately process customer EDI orders in ERP system as assignedAccurately key sales, marketing and engineering orders into ERP system as assignedAccurately key customer returns, credit memos and debit memos into ERP systemCreate return labels for customer returnsProcess credit cards for pay in advance customersProcess order confirmations, shipment details and invoices on customer portals as assignedMake updates to customer orders as requested by buyer, sales representative or sales managerRelease orders, back orders and future orders in a timely mannerGenerate daily reports for backorder replenishment, outstanding orders, etc.Effective communication with other departments as neededWork as a teamWork safely, and report any safety hazards immediatelyMaintain good housekeeping in personal area and all commons areasPerform other duties as assignedNote: This list presents only the principal duties of the position and is not intended to be comprehensive.
