Production Pharmacist At Alto Pharmacy, we build a better, more intuitive community pharmacy from the ground up. The Production Pharmacist works cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and design teams to optimize patient, provider, and payer experience. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive and accurate clinical utilization review and dispensing services. Review the content and accuracy of drug packaging and labeling. Review new and refill prescriptions for completeness and accuracy. Assist in the proper ordering, handling, receiving, documentation, storage, and inventory management of all controlled substances. Minimum Qualifications Eager to measure and improve accuracy and productivity. Resourceful with creative ideas for industry improvement. Enjoys data analysis and is outcome focused. Believes in continuous improvement. Passionate about improving patient experience. Can make quick and thoughtful decisions. Currently licensed and in good standing by the Board of Pharmacy. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Kaizen and 5S principles and implementation. 1–2+ years of working in a community pharmacy. Physical Job Requirements Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods; frequent movement around the pharmacy; stooping, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $52.00–$65.00 per hour. Commission Eligible: No. Equity Eligible: Yes. Travel: No. Location: Texas.
