The Lodge At Rocky Mount Health & Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Employee to join our team!
Responsibilities:- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
- Compute and record numerical data.
- Establishes and maintains proper supporting documentation and files for the payable functions.
- Responsible for reconciling and maintaining vendor invoices and statements.
- Enter all the information about new hires and payroll changes.
- Completes orientation for all new hires
- Maintains and organizes departmental payroll time sheets.
- Completes all payroll related functions including but not limited to data entry, printing deposit and payroll checks and reconciles weekly payroll disbursements.
- Establishes and maintains best practices for payroll processes.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills
