Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Support clients with behavioral needs and ensure the safety of staff and other participants
• Help prepare meals and assist with serving meals
• Maintain cleanliness of respite center through routine cleaning and sanitation practices to promote a healthy environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to coordinate care plans and report any concerns or changes in condition

We have positions available for both in-home services and services at our respite center location in Lake Mills.

Requirements

• Drivers License, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a caregiver level background check
• 1 year of relevant experience working with people with disabilities
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some days when school is closed
