Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Throughout this growth period, CPT has remained focused on maintaining a practice that creates values for employees so as to leverage the best possible knowledge possible.

Description: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN/PRN | Week day needs & weekends | Flexible schedule Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN COTA to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy per CPT and facility guidelines
- Support daily rehab operations
- Work collaboratively with patients and care teams
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin COTA license
- SNF experience preferred
- Net Health experience a plus
- New grads welcome
Location: Alden Estates of Jefferson
