Our organization is currently looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to fill full-time positions for both day and night shifts. Additionally, we are seeking RNs or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time evening shifts. We welcome applications from new graduates!

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions.
Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.

Specific Job Expectations

Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
