In your role as a Medical-Surgical nurse, you will be essential in providing top-notch care to patients at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

Educating patients and ensuring their safety through preventive measures
Exhibiting proficiency in the safe operation and troubleshooting of equipment in PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg areas
Implementing infection control protocols and isolation procedures
Keeping precise records of patient conditions and nursing actions
Ensuring prompt execution of physician orders and communicating critical lab results
Restocking emergency supplies and carts
Flexibly working across departments as required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
Active Washington state nursing license is required
