Senior Office Administrator – Automotive Dealership Business Office

Location: San Francisco North Bay Market | Pay: $40.00+/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Posting: Accurately post new and used retail vehicle deals using CDK Drive.
  

• Cancellations Processing: Efficiently process product and warranty cancellations for multiple franchises.
  

• Backlog Resolution: Partner with the business office team to clear existing backlogs, including 260+ car deals and 100–200 cancelations.
  

• Compliance & Accuracy: Audit deal paperwork, verify schedule balances, and maintain strict internal controls.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Software: Hands-on experience with CDK Drive is required.
  

• Automotive Experience: Strong background in automotive dealership accounting, deal posting, and warranty/gap cancelations.
  

• High-Volume Capability: Experience in high-volume sales contracts operations is strongly preferred.
  

• Work Style: High energy, self-motivated, organized, and thrives under fast-paced, high-volume conditions.
  

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $83,200 / Yearly starting rate (commensurate with experience; willing to pay more for top-tier candidates).
  

• Position Type: Full-Time / On-Site.
