Role Description

This is an on-site full time or part-time Bartender role aboard our marine tour boat vessels for the late summer/fall sailing season! The Bartender will be responsible for bartending onboard cruises, providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating with passengers, handling beverage orders, maintaining weekly ordering and inventory, and managing transactions.

As a Bartender on our vessels, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests while crafting classic cocktails and keeping the bar area stocked, clean, and organized. You'll be a key part of what makes our cruises memorable—from corporate events to our 90-minute architecture tours.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience bartenders looking to swap their barstool view for the Chicago skyline.
• College students (21+) looking for work that fits around their class schedule.
• Individuals excited about being on the water and sailing everyday onboard our USCG-inspected passenger vessel.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Food & Beverage and Bartending experience (1+ year preferred)
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Cash/Transaction Handling proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
• Food safety certification a plus
