Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area outpatient client in Jasper, IN where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services. This is a days position. Shift details: 8-6.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
• Licensed as a PT, OT, or SLP in the state of Indiana and active state license required to start.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient therapy.
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical oversight, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patient outcomes.
• Experience supervising, training, and evaluating clinical and administrative staff.
• Experience with clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Experience in marketing or outreach to promote clinic services.

Objectives

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with therapists to develop treatment plans to ensure optimal patient progress.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resources allocation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Train clinical and administrative staff.
• Complete performance evaluations and provide consistent feedback.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and resolve escalated patient concerns.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
• Promote clinic services through marketing and outreach activities.
