Restaurant Supervisor

The opportunity Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Supervisor to join our team at Momosan Ramen by Morimoto in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to our guests. What will you do? Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs More about you Minimum of 1 year of related experience required Superior organizational and guest service skills required Word processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
