Raytheon’s Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities directorate is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support hardware and software integration activities for the family of Patriot programs, including development and fielded Patriot equipment within the Andover-based Patriot Labs. What You Will Do Contribute to successful technical execution of complex integration and test events Perform daily testing execution and troubleshooting efforts within an engineering laboratory environment Utilizing working knowledge of software programming to support complex software and hardware integration testing and troubleshooting efforts Develop expertise in program hardware and software interfaces Interact, on a technical level, with team members from different engineering disciplines (HW, SW, Mechanical, Systems Integration and Test, etc.) Support continuous improvement process by identifying and troubleshooting issues with software and hardware, and clearly documenting all actions and steps taken Utilize your working knowledge of L/UNIX to troubleshoot and configure assets to meet customer needs Travel domestically up to 10%, including to White Sands Missile Range Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience Experience with C/C++, LabVIEW, Python, and/or FORTRAN 77 Experience with Linux and/or UNIX. Qualifications We Prefer Active DoD Security Clearance Experience with radar systems or complex military systems Experience identifying and troubleshooting issues with hardware, and clearly documenting all actions and steps taken Experience with instrumentation and/or test equipment, i.e (oscilloscope, multi-meter and/or spectrum analyzer). The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
