JOB SUMMARY

As a Registered Nurse with Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC, you will provide direct patient care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges within our residential treatment programs. You will play a vital role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care. The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care within a residential mental health setting, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and continuity of care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs as needed throughout their stay in the residential facility. * Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions related to medications and psychiatric diagnoses. * Conduct pre-admission triage and assess clinical appropriateness for admission as patients begin their treatment journey. * Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory standards. * Document nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes in the patient’s medical record while actively participating in treatment planning. * Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to infection-control protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled-substance regulations. * Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state where services are provided.

• Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.
• Experience working in residential or inpatient clinical environments

preferred.

• Strong passion for mental and behavioral healthcare.
• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth-focused

treatment settings.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills.

Schedule * Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Salary Range

$37—$42 USD
