Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in providing essential care to patients in healthcare settings. CNAs assist patients with daily activities, monitor their health, and support the nursing staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. This position requires compassion, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support patients with feeding and hydration as needed
Maintain patient rooms and equipment cleanliness
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Assist in transporting patients within the facility
Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
