Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Assembly
• Assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• As an Assembly Technician you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
