This role is the "right hand" to the executive, ensuring his professional and personal operations run seamlessly. The ideal candidate acts as a strategic gatekeeper, managing complex schedules and high-stakes communications with poise and professional polish. Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management: Own the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring he is prepared for every engagement. Gatekeeping & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact. You will screen calls, manage correspondence, and interface with high-level stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. Travel Coordination: Arrange end-to-end domestic and international travel, including flights, luxury accommodations, ground transport, and detailed itineraries. Project Coordination: Track key deliverables and deadlines for the CEO, ensuring follow-up on action items from board meetings and executive sessions. Administrative Excellence: Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and expense reports. Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. Personal Support: Assist with occasional personal tasks (reservations, gifting, or event planning) to maximize the CEO’s focus on core business objectives. Candidate Profile / Qualifications Experience: 5+ years supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. Tech Stack: Mastery of Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and project management tools. Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, "thick skin," and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written command; able to mirror the CEO’s voice. Availability: Flexible mindset; while standard hours apply, responsiveness during "crunch times" is expected. Why Join Us?
